ABOUT

Theo van Kruijsdijk is an Executive Advisor and Transformation Leader with more than 40 years of international experience in business transformation, IT leadership, mergers & acquisitions, and post-merger integration.

During his career, Theo has held senior executive positions including Vice President IT, Vice President Strategy & Corporate Development (M&A), Managing Director, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He has worked extensively across Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Australia/New Zealand.
His experience combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of complex transformation programs. He has led global IT organizations, designed and implemented operating models and governance structures, and successfully delivered large-scale SAP-enabled business transformations.

Theo has been directly involved in 48 acquisition and integration projects, covering operational due diligence, carve-outs, Day-1 readiness, post-merger integration and value realization. He is particularly experienced in Life Sciences, Pharma, Chemicals and international distribution environments.

Today, Theo supports executive teams, private equity investors and transformation leaders as an independent advisor in the areas of:
